FOUNDATION FOR HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION CERTIFICATE SERIES

This intensive five-day certificate course provides an in-depth overview of the key functions and activities that comprise human resource administration. It focuses on the technical aspects, as well as the operational and administrative issues HR professionals must deal with on a daily basis. Individuals who complete at least eight of the ten sessions will receive a CMEA Certificate of Completion, giving the practicing human resource professional and the newcomer a way to demonstrate a basic level of professional competence, knowledge, and credibility.

BUDGETING AND FINANCIAL OVERVIEW FOR NON-FINANCIAL SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS

This full day program is designed to teach supervisors how their day-to-day business decisions impact their own cost center budget as well as the corporate financial information (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements) down to their own monthly variance analysis report. Instructional methods include case studies, real life examples, the practical application of techniques, team analysis and presentation and classroom discussion. Training materials include a participant manual and a 3-1/2" floppy disk to guide classroom work and to serve as a desk reference.
